ABOUT US Shanna Briggs, President of Kodiak Communications has been in this industry for over 10 years. She originated in Freeport, IL before finding her way to the beautiful mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. She has extensive knowledge of telecommunications and knows what it takes to get the job done. Her experience includes MCI, AT&T and a CDI a sub-contractor to Qwest. Shanna got her start in this industry as a Customer Service agent with MCI. Moving to AT&T she began work in the E-911 side of things.   After 3 years she left and started her more technical training through CDI where she worked with Engineers and the technicians in the field. Before starting Kodiak she was a Project Manager with a private company where she built the knowledge of systems and voicemails. With a solid background in Customer Service and Knowledge there is no doubt we provide the best.
